
8-10 minute pyramid core workout starting at 1 min, next level at 45 sec and final level 30 sec with 15 sec break in between each level.
Level 1: Sit up, first position leg raises and plank *each move for 1 min with no break between each move.
15 sec break to stretch and reset
Level 2: Sit up, first position leg raises and plank *each move for 45 sec with no break between each move.
15 sec break to stretch and reset
Level 3: Sit up, first position leg raises and plank *each move for 30 sec with no break between each move.
Option to add a minute rest and repeat with three new moves.
