The second drill Ali teaches you is a more advanced level drill. This drill pushes you to roll through your feet as you extend through your legs at the height of your jump. Be sure to keep your weight centered when doing this drill as many dancers tend to lean forward. It’s always good to try new drills to enhance your dance technique.
