
Starting in first position, you will plié with the arm side, plié with the arm side, then grande plié with the arm up. Chest leads for the port de bras forward, then move into a port de bras back.
In second position, you’ll do two demi pliés and a grande plié. Port de bras towards the bar, then away from the bar. Focus on keeping your weight on the balls of your feet, not the heels.
In fourth position, you will do two demi pliés and one grande plié. Maintain long posture as your port de bras forward and backward.
In fifth position, you will do two demi pliés and one grande plié. Port de bras forward and back, letting your spine feel long.
