Deanna McBreaty demonstrates a barre combination that is done from fifth position.

You will begin in fifth position. Point forward, twist to find your rotator muscle, return back to a turn out position, flex your foot with energy coming out of your heel, and point to bring weight to the front foot.

Next, you will activate your inner thighs by resisting back into fifth position. From fifth position, you will do four tendus while incorporating your port de bras. To finish the combination, you will plie to repeat the combination.
