In this video, Adina Belanger and Ali Geraets will teach you how to properly execute chainé turns with changing directions.
You will do three fast chainé turns on the right and then switch to do three fast chainé turns on the left. Your direction will constantly be changing. If the fast is too challenging, you can always slow down the chainés.
When doing chainés, it’s important to think about gliding through second position when you begin and when you switch to a different side. This chainé turn combination should help you to focus on core control, placement control and working on the spot with the direction changes.
