Olivia Corcoran and Kayla Tanberg demonstrate a warm up with core exercises you can use at the beginning or end of a workout. This takes about 20 minutes!

There are three circuits total. The first circuit is 4 minutes, which is your warm up. The second circuit is 10 minutes, which includes your peak exercises. The third circuit is 4 minutes, which is full of core exercises. You will have 1 minute break between the circuits as well!

Circuit 1: You will start with jumping jacks, then a high plank and then move into mountain climbers. You will do each exercise for 30 seconds until the 4 minutes is up.

Circuit 2: You will start with 20 squats, 10 squat jumps, lay down to do 5 v-ups, flip to your stomach to do 10 push ups and 20 froggers.

Circuit 3: Laying on the floor, you will start with 20 single crunches, 10 stars and 5 full leg extensions.

This can be used for building strength and endurance to get your team ready for competition season.
