
This advanced kick combo takes great technique and control to execute it properly. You will begin with two front flicks 1-4, right open 5, cross behind 6, apart to the front 7, together for your prep on 8. Then you will hinge with your left leg to the front 1-2, side 3-4, two right fans 5-8. Left straight 1, passe 2, point in front of you 3, together 4, jump apart 5, cross 6, apart 7, together 8. Remember to keep your shoulders pushed back and down on the front flicks. Also, be sure to keep your knee at the same height throughout the hinge combination. To make this combination more controlled, be sure to engage your core, glutes and back muscles to maintain proper body alignment.
