Starts with cardio: high knees - 1 min

Continues with strength: squats - 1 min

Ends with core: plank - 1 min

15 sec rest - stretch and reset

Starts with cardio: high knees - 45 sec

Continues with strength: squats - 45 sec

Ends with core: plank - 45 sec

15 sec rest - stretch and reset

Starts with cardio: high knees - 30 sec

Continues with strength: squats - 30 sec

Ends with core: plank - 30 sec

End with a stretch.
