This foot stretch exercise is done on the floor and is meant to stretch the tops of your feet. Dance expert Arista Metz will walk you through this feet stretching exercise.

You will sit on the floor and tuck one leg under your butt. You want to keep your ankle flat rather than crunching it. Once your foot is stretch in this position, walk your hands back to rock your body back for a further stretch.

The entire time your toes are staying away from your body to avoid sickled feet. You can rock back and forth around 5 times.
