Dynamic Stretch Warm-up to get you ready for your next workout or dance class. 

This warm-up starts on the ground with a core warm-up with slow controlled movements and breath. 

Next, moving on to plank with a controlled breath

Pushing into childs pose and working thorough the stretch keeping your breath controlled. 

Standing series will work through: knee lifts, leg lifts and hip openers.

The next standing series will work through squats, lunges and incorporating multi-plane movement at the end of the series. 

Ending the workout with Jumping Jacks, kick back running and shuffling across the floor to raise your heart rate.
