Ballet expert Deanna McBreaty demonstrates and explains an intermediate frappe combination. This combination is done at the barre and helps to teach a dancer to bring their bottom heel with them as they move.

You will begin in croise for four frappe’s, then open to efface for four frappes. Next, you will do two frappes in croise, two in efface, one in croise, one in efface and finish with one frappe enface. You will then reverse the entire combination.

Your head should be leaning/looking out in croise position and in during efface.
